HBL facilitate BESTWAY CEMENT Globaly

Habib Bank Limited is providing facilitate BESTWAY CEMENT LIMITED to disburse Interim Dividend for the period ended March 3l, 2013 for its shareholders. Habib Bank   Business Policies & Procedures, Global Operations  head MUNIB SHAH ABID SATTAR , issued the Circular for staff information. The Circular said that “ The Dividend Warrants (DWS) will be serially numbered from  7000003 to 7000303 (excluding 8.#7000008, 7000017-19, 7000037- 41,7000093­ 94,7000098- 101,70001  18, 7000120-l26) with date of issue 21-6-2013.

The DWS shall be crossed ‘Paycc’s A/c Only’ with two authorized signatures on behalf of  thc Company.  For the payment of these DWS, the Bank has opened a Centralized ‘M/S. BESTWAY CEMENT LIMITED D/W PAYABLE A/C. 30019903032586’ in thc system, The procedure relating to the payment of DWS is outlined hereunder:-

l. The DWs deposited by HBL customers will be payable at par at any HBL branch in Pakistan.

2. The Seven Digits "Warrant No,” printed on the DW should be utilized by thc branches as the cheque/reference number' when inputting the transaction in the system for processing. The  use ofthe correct warrant number is essential for auto reconciliation.

3. Misys-Green/Cashier branches will pay ‘BESTWAY CEMENT LTD DWS through the “Payment Module”( Option 

4. Batch branches will process thcsc DWs through Payment Module (Option-B) of lBTS-B.

5. DWs presented in Clearing in cities where NlFT Operates, will be routed through  Centralized processing branch delined in the ‘BESTWAY CEMENT Ltd`s DW MICR line  i.e. one of the 27 HBL Clearing Hub branches.

6. The DWs are valid for six months from the date of issue i.c. from June 21,2013 to December 20,2013. Any DW presented after six months from the date of issue must bear authenticated revalidation ofthe Company’s Office.

7. Shares Floatution Department at HOK will run the ‘Un-reconciled Item Rcpon’ of DWS paid on daily basis for reconciNation/monitoring and will take immediate action in respect`ot` any mispostcd DWs.

8. Commission for payment of Dividend Warrants of M/s. ßestway Cement Limited will be  recovered by HBL-Corporate Centre Islamabad (0874) as per approval  Head Corporate Banking dated June 19,2013.

9. No charges, whatsoever, including postage/courier and collection charges, should be _" recovered from shareholders who deposit M/s. Bestwny Cement Limited. Before accepting   the DWs for collection/payment, proper care rnust be exercised by branches to ensure that the endorsement/discharge, validity andI Security paper ctc. are in order.

Branches Managers are advised to provide prompt and courteous service to all the M/s. ßestway Cement Limited shareholders who may approach thcm for the payment oftheir DWS.
