NETSOL & TOSHIBA JOIN HANDS FOR GREEN AND ENERGY EFFICIENT BUILDING

.
Karachi (11- July- 2013): NETSOL Technologies, the leading IT solution provider has selected Toshiba VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) HVAC equipment for their new under construction building to be among pioneers in Pakistan for ‘GREEN & ENERGY EFFICIENT BUILDING’.
The equipment is 100 per cent ‘Made in Japan’, with GREEN/ ENVOIREMENT FRIENDLY REFRIGIRENT. As compared with other conventional ACs, it saves more than 50 per cent energy, hence very low in running cost. In other words, it delivers same output with 50 per cent less running cost. Also its life span is much more than conventional ACs and therefore, also saves its user from an early replacement cost.
NUCON Engineers, distributor of TOSHIBA HVAC Equipment for Pakistan, have reiterated their commitment to contribute as much as possible to broaden the base for the quality equipment in Pakistan. “Selection of NUCON engineers to install and commission TOSHIBA’s energy efficient and environmental friendly HVAC equipment by NETSOL Technologies reflect the trust and confidence customers have in the equipment,” said Mustafa Khalid NUCON Engineers Chief Executive Officer.
It may be added here that the building efficiency affords tremendous opportunities for both economic growth and reduced environmental impacts. Buildings are the single largest emitters of greenhouse gases. According to a UNEP study titled “Towards a Green Economy,” homes and businesses are responsible for 40 percent of the climate change causing carbon pollution. There is significant room for improvement in new construction and retrofits in homes, businesses, schools and other organization. In addition to environmental benefits, there are powerful economic incentives driving efficiency.
